There are currently no emergencies. In the event of an emergency at the plant or for a large sewage overflow outside the plant, this page will be used to provide information to the public.
Please call the Carmel Police Department at (831) 624-6403 and they will forward your message to our standby operators. This includes overflows in our service area outside the city limits.

Carmel Area Wastewater District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Carmel Area Wastewater District
