Mr. Foley manages the treatment facilities and equipment maintenance and provides support to the Operations, Collections, and Administrative Departments. He also maintains the equipment and response to remote site pump stations. In addition, Mr. Foley collaborates with the Engineering and Operations Departments on various projects for the District.
