We require that all businesses that are operating with a discharge permit from our district renew them annually. You may complete the renewal application here or download it and fill it out on your own. There is a fee of $150.00 that must accompany it. You may pay that here or drop it off at our administrative office.
Carmel Area Wastewater District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
