District Requires A Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) Be On File In Order To Obtain A Plumbing Permit-LIst of Contractors
Below is a list of plumbers that have worked in the District: The plumbers must have a certificate of insurance on file with current effective dates in order to obtain a plumbing permit. The District does not endorse plumbers and are only providing a list to assist the property owner.
The District has changed the process on verifying all Certificate Of Insurance (COI). Please contact Certificial via the email information below or the telephone number to ensure that your clients COI is compliant. The verification is now being done from insurance agent to insurance agent

Insurance Requirements For Plumbing Permits:
- Automobile
- Combined Single Limit (Scheduled autos): $1,000,000
- Commercial General Liability (with the attached endorsement CG20-10)
- Per Occurrence: $1,000,000
- Damage to rented premises: $50,000
- Personal & Advertising Injury $1,000,000
- General Aggregate: $1,000,000
- Products - $1,000,000
- Umbrella/Excess Liability
- Per Occurrence: $1,000,000
- Aggregate: $1,000,000
- Worker's Comp and Employers' Liability (with the attached waiver of subrogation)
- E.L. Each Accident: $1,000,000
- E.L. Disease-Each Employee: $1,000,000
- E.L. Disease-Policy Limit: $1,000,000
Homeowners doing the sewer lateral work themselves must have the following on hand at the District:
- Notarized note from the homeowner accepting all responsibility for the work on the property and the homeowner's policy must also be presented.
