I have always been impressed with the quality of the Carmel Area Wastewater District’s administration and field operations. Throughout my public service career, I worked closely with the District and appreciated the importance of their mission and the essential environmental services provided our community.

I am acutely aware of how well managed the District is, their commitment to protecting our environment through a very diligent progressive approach while achieving high quality wastewater treatment cost effectively. I continue to be enthusiastic about the District's future achievements when considering the significant challenges in future years.
